Smoked Garlic or Smoked Hot Pepper Nuts

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw pecans

  • 1 cup raw walnuts

  • 1 cup raw filbert nuts

  • 1 cup raw almonds

  • or 4 cups of your favourite nut combination

  • Olive or Vegtable Oil cooking spray

  • Salt (to taste or omit)

  • Your favourite Naturally Cindy's Smoked Garlic or Pepper Powder (to taste)

Directions

  1. Spread 1 cup each raw pecans, walnuts, filberts, and almonds (or 4 cups of your favourates) on a cookie sheet and spray them with cooking oil.

  2. Sprinkle nuts with salt and smoked garlic or chili powder to taste.

  3. Bake at 225F for 1 1/2 hours.

  4. Let them cool so they get crunchy.
