chopped Acorn Creek onions

chicken broth; best is homemade

packed brown sugar

cider vinegar

bottled Naturally Cindy's chili sauce

dark molasses

dry mustard

Naturally Cindy's Chipotle Powder (or to taste)

salt

ground cloves

ground allspice

can black beans, rinsed and drained

can kidney beans, rinsed and drained

can pinto beans, rinsed and drained

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Heat a cast iron pot over medium high heat.

Add bacon, sauté 2 min.

Add onion, sauté 5 min., stirring occasionally.

Stir in broth and remaining ingredients.

Bake uncovered at 325 for 1 hour.
