Acorn Creek Scotch Bonnet or Habanero chili, fresh or dried (use a milder Acorn Creek pepper such as a Serrano for a less hot sauce)

Acorn Creek honey

soy or Worcestershire sauce

allspice

cloves Acorn Creek garlic (or 3.5 - 5 ml / 1/2 - 1 tbsp Naturally Cindy's Smoked Garlic Powder)

dried thyme (15 ml fresh)

Directions

Blend together well in food processor or blender and then simmer in sauce pan for 5-10 minutes.

Let stand in fridge overnight for fullest flavour
